U.S. Data Security (“USDS”) is a standalone department of TikTok in the U.S. This new security-first division was created to bring heightened focus and governance to our data protection policies and content assurance protocols to keep U.S. users safe. Our focus is on providing oversight and protection of the TikTok platform and user data in the U.S., so millions of Americans can continue turning to TikTok to learn something new, earn a living, express themselves creatively, or be entertained. The teams within USDS that deliver on this commitment daily span Trust & Safety, Security & Privacy, Engineering, User & Product Ops, Corporate Functions and more.

The USDS Monetization Integrity (MI) team sits within USDS Trust and Safety, and ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable TikTok in its mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow TikTok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.

Responsibilities

• Review content and classify according to policies and standard operating procedures with accuracy and efficiency.
• Become an expert on TikTok Ads policies and procedures.
• Ability to work through invasive/disruptive content.
• Cooperate with other business related functions to complete the designated work.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, protocols, and policies at scale.
• Identify and communicate emerging risks to management and cross functional partners.
• Conduct general data entry tasks.
• Performs other related duties and assignments as required and as assigned by supervisor.
• Review and respond to inquiries under your scope.
• Ability to work in differing work rotations/shifts (including nights, public holidays and weekends). This shift will be overnight, Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30 PM - 6 AM MST.

• High school diploma required; BA/BS Preferred.
• English as a working language; Bilingual preferred (English / Spanish).
• Experience with reviewing digital content a plus.
• Ability to work in fast and evolving environment with an eye for detail.
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality while meeting strict deadlines.
• Passionate and ambition to grow with the platform.
